PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to becoming an attorney in 2002, Lynn Stokes-Pena was
employed as a Human Resource professional in Santa Barbara,
California for ten years. Her final position entailed managing over
500 employees throughout California, including oversight of the
401K retirement program, the coordination of litigation, health,
dental and life insurance, workers compensation cases and the
review of new hires and terminations.
After passing the California Bar Exam, Lynn worked with the law
firm of Bright and Powell from 2002- 2009. She worked on both
criminal and civil litigation. In 2006, she began to focus her area of
practice in Estate Planning and real estate.
Lynn is a highly accomplished professional with diverse experience
in conflict resolution, client and case management. She is well
organized, disciplined and possesses a high level of interpersonal
communication skills.
